Two  types of machines are widely  used  in  jewelery cleaner

• Bottom  bonded  transducers used for jewelery cleaner
• Side  bonded  transducers. (with diamond jail)

Ultrasonic cleaners with bottom  bonded transducers are generally used for cleaning gold & diamond studded  jewellery  for maximum  output. The advantage of side  bonded  ultrasonic  cleaners is loose  studded  diamonds when exposed to vigorous ultrasonic cavitation disengages  and can be retrieve by means of diamond jali.

Ultrasonic  printerhead cleaner is widely used in cleaning of clogged printer head.

After repeated use or due to poor quality of ink printer head gets  clogged. With help of proper cleaning solvent and Micron sized ultrasonic  bubble induced due to ultrasonic cavitation penetrates small holes of printer head and effectively removes the blockages

Ultrasonic cleaners are widely used in cleaning of spectacle frames after buffing. The buffing compound adhered inside the groove is very difficult to remove by hand. The vigorous ultrasonic cavitation reaches deep inside the grooves and ensures 100% cleaning.

Ultrasonic PCB Cleaner is normally used for cleaning assembled PCB. When components are assembled on PCB a lot flux is formed during soldering. Ultrasonic cavitation helps in removing this flux, dust and other contaminants from the soldered surfaces of PCB thus improve overall function of circutory.

 

Ultrasonic cleaner is also used during manufacturing process of PCB to clean small holes.

Single chamber & MULTI CHAMBER Ultrasonic Cleaners are used during manufacturing as well as post operation cleaning of surgical items.

 

In single chamber ultrasonic cleaner provision of heater is made to heat cleaning media. This heated cleaning media with help of vigorous ultrasonic cavitation completely removes buffing compound, dust. ….etc. from the objects.

The micron sized holes of spinnerets gets blocked during manufacturing process of nylon filament yarns. Ultrasonic Cleaner is widely used for cleaning these holes.
