ULTRASONIC CHAMBER.
RINSING CHAMBER.

ULTRASONIC CHAMBER :- In this chamber there are totally 3 cycles of operation.

WATER IN
ULTRASONIC

ULTRASONIC WITH SWINGING

All the three cycles of operation are automatically controlled by sequential timer as per the programmed preset timings.

The basket containing objects to be cleaned is placed on swinging platform.

Switch `ON' the mains.

The First cycle is `WATER IN'. Here water will start flowing till the preset time.
The Second cycle is ` ULTRASONIC'. Here the objects are thoroughly cleaned by ultrasonic cavitation.
The Third cycle is ` SWINGING WITH ULTRASONIC'. In this cycle the basket containing objects starts swinging inside ultrasonic chamber and are once again cleaned thoroughly by ultrasonic and swinging action.

Remove the basket and place it in the RINSING CHAMBER.

RINSING CHAMBER :- In this chamber, there are totally 4 operations.

WATER IN
SWINGING
WATER OUT
SPRAY RINSE, SWINGING, WATER OUT

Here also all four cycles of operation are automatically controlled by sequential timer as per the programmed preset timings

The First cycle is `WATER IN'. Here water will start flowing till the preset time.
The Second cycle is `SWINGING'. Here basket will swing in the water and cleaning solvent adhered to objects will be removed.
The Third cycle is `WATER OUT'. Here water will be completely removed from rinsing chamber.

The Fourth cycle is `SPRAY RINSE, SWINGING, WATER OUT'. Here objects are thoroughly rinsed with the help of powerful water jets and swinging action. Water will be continuously drained during the cycle.

REMOVE THE BASKET :- Your cleaning operation is over. (The `WATER IN' and `WATER OUT' cycles are operated with help of solenoid valves.)

(The temperature of water inlets are controlled by temperature indicator and controller, The machine will stop functioning once water temperature falls or rises above set temp.)
