Ultrasonic component cleaning machine is specially designed to clean miniature objects such as small washers, nozzles, springs, valves, etc.
These objects are very difficult to clean in mass due to its miniature size.

Sequence of operation - Load objects in a basket
- Put basket in machine fixture
- Set the sequential timer (cycle time of each cycle)
- Press start button
- Fixture will come down pneumatically
- Basket will start rotating with ultrasonic agitation till set time.
- Rotating basket will be dunked 15 to 20 times.
- Basket will once again start rotating in ultrasonic till set time.
- Rotating basket will come to its unloading position (rotating basket will ensure removal of residual cleaning media)
- Unload basket
